Practical details before you book
How long is a session?
Sessions are 50 minutes or 100 minutes depending on the session you book.
Are beginners welcome?
Yes, beginners are absolutely welcome. We will guide you through how to use the sauna and cold plunge safely.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes. Bookings are limited to a maximum of six people per reservation. Private hire enquiries are welcome for larger groups.
How do HOTBOX Social sessions work?
Friday and Saturday evening socials run from 19:00-22:00. You book a sauna and ice bath slot, then use the lounge before and after while DJs soundtrack the evening.
What is your health and safety advice?
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, low or high blood pressure issues, or any medical concerns, please speak to a healthcare professional before booking. Always listen to your body and exit if you feel unwell.
